I am happy to say that I have the best job in the world! I am a registered civil celebrant in Ballarat and travel often to surrounding regions.
My husband Phill travels with me to many weddings as my technical ‘roadie’.’ This means that I can focus on you, wholly and solely.
We have been creating and performing simply beautiful ceremonies since mid-2013, including; wedding ceremonies and funeral services. We have married couples in locations such as most of Ballarat’s popular wedding venues, as well as the Lake Wendouree venues, the Botanical Gardens, and on the heritage tram. Plus, the gorgeous lavender fields surrounding Sault at Daylesford, and a stunning farm-stay at Porcupine Ridge.
Other locations include; Hepburn, Creswick, Buninyong, Moyston with views of the distant Grampians, a winery with stunning views of distant Melbourne on the Bellarine Peninsula, as well as a fun, super trendy bar in Collingwood.
Other stunning ones include; Narmbool near Elaine, and on top of a hill overlooking beautiful farmlands, and lakes and surrounded by local wind turbines.
I have been fortunate enough on many occasions to officiate marriages at clients’ homes. I feel very privileged to do this work.
I am happily married, and have two adult children; both married, so now I have four, and three beautiful young grandchildren.
We all love to travel and enjoy life as a family, and with friends.
I love going for walks with my dog, and practising yoga, and I enjoy photographing landscapes in Australia, New Zealand and parts of Indonesia or as we travel.
Since childhood, I have loved photography and inspirational books and quotes.
At rehearsal, I am always looking for the best angles for your photo opportunities that will become the memories, your keepsakes, for the many years that follow.
I believe in, and value the commitment of marriage.
