Understanding that everybody’s budget is different, we have created packages that cover the majority of our clients needs. We hope you enjoy browsing them and find one that suits you.
It is important to book as early as possible. You must legally give at least one month’s notice to your celebrant, and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Form.
You can book and fill in the NOIM, as early as eighteen months prior to the wedding. Please be aware; celebrants have busy seasons, and get booked out quickly.
A non-refundable booking deposit of $250.00 is necessary to hold the date of your wedding. This amount will be deducted from your total package amount when the final payment is due, four weeks prior to the wedding.
We do travel to various locations within a 20 km radius without any further fee. However, anywhere further to travel is charged at $1 per km, to and from the location to our residence.
Diamond Package
Cost: $895
When:
Most times (Except for Christmas to New Year week, Easter holiday period, long weekends)
Where:
Most parts of Central Victoria, the Grampians and the Bellarine regions.
Travel costs apply from over 20 kms radius of Ballarat – @ $1 per km rate, to and from the location.
What You Get:
- Meet the Celebrant to discuss the ceremony & fill in the NOIM form.
- Ongoing emails or phone contact meetings.
- Rehearsal on location if possible.
- A unique, and simply beautiful ceremony with your input and approval.
- Includes the cost of applying for your Official Marriage Certificate from the BDM Dept.
- Quality PA System & various microphones
- 20 km radius included travel
I Do Package
Cost: $795
When:
Tuesday to Saturday (Except for Christmas to New Year week, Easter holiday period, long weekends)
Where:
Within a 20 km radius from Ballarat Central only unless agreed upon.
Travel costs apply from over 20 kms radius of Ballarat – @ $1 per km rate, to and from the location.
What You Get:
- Meet the Celebrant to discuss the ceremony & fill in the NOIM form.
- Ongoing emails or phone contact meetings.Rehearsal on location if possible, and signing the Declaration prior to the marriage.
- Rehearsal on location if possible.
- Includes the cost of applying for your Official Marriage Certificate from the BDM Dept.
- A unique, standard script, and a simply beautiful ceremony
- Quality PA System & various microphones
Legals Only Package
Cost: $695
When:
Tuesday to Friday (Except for Christmas to New Year week, Easter holiday period, long weekends)
Where:
Within a 20 km radius
What You Get:
- Meet the Celebrant to discuss the ceremony & fill in the NOIM form.
- Ongoing emails or phone contact meetings.
- Rehearsal and Declaration Form signing the week prior to the ceremony.
- Includes the cost of applying for your Official Marriage Certificate from the BDM Dept.
- A standard ‘legals’ only script.
